Photo Consent Information
🎃 Help us make it the most Spookyacular time! 👻
We want to capture the fun, laughter and spooky moments from our event so we can share the magic with our Highwoodians and celebrate what a fantastic time everyone had!
By giving your consent, you agree that photographs taken at the event which may include your child can be used by the Highwood Copse PTFA in our PTFA newsletter and shared with the school for potential inclusion in the school newsletter, where appropriate.
If you choose not to give consent, that’s absolutely fine. Your child can still take part in all the fun, and we will make every effort to ensure that they are not identifiable in photographs used for these purposes.
Photos will only be used to celebrate our school community and showcase the fantastic events and experiences we create for our children and families.
Thank you for helping us make it a truly Spookyacular experience! 👻🕷️🎃
