The Highwood Copse PTFA is passionate about providing the Highwoodians with a fully stocked library. So far our funding has provided multiple shelving units for book storage and a small collection of books we are planning to expand on yearly. We are also looking into different library systems, furniture and decorations to make the space as welcoming as possible.

Our Yearly Sponsored Reading Challenge makes a real difference while enjoying the joy of reading! This exciting event is perfect for book lovers who want to challenge themselves to read more while raising funds for a good cause. Whether you’re aiming to finish a set number of books, trying out new genres, or tackling that long to-be-read list, every page you turn helps support important charitable initiatives. Each year we will send out a communication in the spring term, so you are well prepared to get your friends and family to sponsor your reading journey. Let’s create a positive impact together—one book at a time!
All the funds made from our yearly reading challenge go towards purchasing new books or furniture, mantaining the library, or our yearly library system subscription. Thanks so much for supporting us!
